A Bad Experience
TL;DR Pearl Dental LA has charged my credit card(s) a total of $1904.89 for a dental visit on July 17, 2023. Insurance payouts included, that is an overcharge of ~$1500. Initially, they charged me $3289. Pearl Dental LA refuses to refund me any money, claiming that “their records” show I was responsible for the overcharged amount [~$1800]. Jeanette V. could not explain the extra $1800 charge and refused to send me a statement of my account. Attempts by my insurance provider to contact Pearl Dental LA have failed and Alex Boudaie and Jeanette V. have not returned any calls or correspondance.
